WELCOMING YOU HOME

Mark 16:15

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

As part of our out reach ministries for missions, we donate clothes, food, toiletries, furniture, and household items. We also donate money to their ministry to help with their building fund or giving in the mountains of Harlan and Cumberland Ky, to Henry Hughes Ministry. We donate to United For Jesus Ministry, where the coal mines have been shut down and the whole town has been affected. They have many needs and we are commissioned to help the poor and those in need.

Biker Church

The Love of motorcycles has always been in my blood. I can remember my older brother riding a 50 Honda when I was too small to ride. I never will forget that Christmas, I walked down the stairs to see my very own 125 Kawasaki. I’ve owned  3 motorcycles since then. In my teens, I rode in a secular group but when I met Jesus, I joined Motorcycles for Jesus Ministries and have been a member for 28 years.

I started my first biker church at Big Springs Assembly of God, in 2004. Then, we moved to Lebanon church of God in 2008. We had a biker ministry there also. Today, we have been pastoring since 2012. The last couple of years we have been Fellowshipping with a couple of new motorcycle ministries. I have been lead by God to commit the 3rd Sunday of each month to biker church, to try and win friends that don’t go to church but love to ride motorcycles, like me. It’s a Freedom you can’t explain; a friend of mine calls it wind therapy. We are all missionaries, in our own way.

In 2019, through our MJM Ministries, my wife an I were named "Motorcycle Missionary’s of the Year". So, I felt like I really needed to live up to that award, because I didn’t feel worthy of it. It actually brought tears to my eyes that our chapter would single us out and and give us an award at our annual spring kickoff banquet, in front of everyone, when you didn’t even feel like you deserved it... but Paul says it best in-- 1 Corinthians 9:22-27

22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.

23 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:

27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Outreach & Mission

To bring Christ to their world because… “the Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor, He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion – to bestow to them a crown of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for morning, and a garment of praise instead of the spirit of despair. They will be called mighty oaks, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.”

– Isaiah 61:1-3

Deliverance Ministry

Mark 16: 16-18

Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover

Mark 4 :18-19

18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

John 8: 36

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” “You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.” “For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.” ... “For he who was called in the Lord as a slave is a freedman of the Lord.
